TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

SHARPITOURS – General Terms and Conditions of Use of Our Services


1. Who We Are

SHARPITOURS, based in Lisbon, is dedicated to providing private transfer services, personalized sightseeing tours, and vehicle rental with a professional driver.
The company operates with all required licenses, guaranteeing safety, comfort, and quality on every trip.


2. What We Do

SHARPITOURS offers various transportation solutions:

  • Private transfers – direct transportation between defined locations;
  • Tours and experiences – guided tours in Portugal with customized itineraries;
  • Car rental with driver – vehicles of various categories driven by certified drivers.

3. How to Book

Reservations can be made through the website. www.sharpitours.comby phone or through authorized partner agents.
The reservation is only valid after formal confirmation and full or partial payment of the agreed amount.
All services are subject to availability.


4. Payments and Security

Payments can be made using the methods presented on the SHARPITOURS platform.
All prices include applicable legal taxes and are displayed before booking is finalized.

SHARPITOURS ensures the complete protection of personal and banking data through secure connections and SSL encryption.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

As políticas de cancelamento e reembolso variam conforme o serviço contratado, sendo comunicadas durante o processo de reserva.

5.1 Cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up time;
  • After this period, no refund is due.

5.2 Refunds

You can request a refund in writing, up to seven days after the service, in the following situations:

  • The driver did not show up at the agreed location and time;
  • The service is cancelled due to a reason attributable to SHARPITOURS.

No refund is due when:

  • The customer is not at the location at the agreed time;
  • Incorrect information is provided (location, contact details, baggage, etc.);
  • Last-minute changes are requested that are unfeasible;
  • Significant changes are not communicated in advance.

6. Changes to Reservations

Changes to reservations are subject to availability confirmation.
SHARPITOURS will do its best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee changes if they affect the planning of other services.


7. Execution of Services

SHARPITOURS is committed to adhering to agreed schedules and itineraries with professionalism and punctuality.
However, delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or external factors are not eligible for compensation.


8. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • Provide accurate information at the time of booking;
  • Respect safety and conduct rules during service;
  • Adhere to the agreed-upon schedule;
  • Ensure that all passengers follow the driver's instructions.

Any additional costs resulting from non-compliance will be the responsibility of the client.


9. Conduct and Safety

During the service, passengers must maintain respectful, safe, and appropriate behavior.
SHARPITOURS reserves the right to interrupt service without refund if passenger behavior is offensive, dangerous, or disruptive.


10. Passenger Insurance and Protection

All passengers transported by SHARPITOURS are covered by a mandatory insurance policy, valid for the duration of the trip.

Includes:

  • Personal accident coverage during transport;
  • Administrative support in case of an accident.

Does not include:

  • Forgotten or damaged items;
  • Damage caused by failure to comply with safety rules or inappropriate conduct.

Passengers who require additional coverage should purchase supplemental personal travel insurance.


11. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@sharpitours.com immediately after the event.
SHARPITOURS is committed to analyzing and responding quickly and professionally, always seeking a fair solution.


12. Limitation of Liability

SHARPITOURS is not responsible for:

  • Personal or property damage caused by external factors;
  • Delays due to reasons beyond your control;
  • Loss of belongings left in the vehicle.

13. Legislation and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
Any dispute will be resolved in the Lisbon District Court, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
