Cancellations and Refunds<\/h3>\n<p>As pol\u00edticas de cancelamento e reembolso variam conforme o servi\u00e7o contratado, sendo comunicadas durante o processo de reserva.<\/p>\n<h4>5.1 Cancellations<\/h4>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up time;<\/li>\n<li>After this period, no refund is due.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5.2 Refunds<\/h4>\n<p>You can request a refund in writing, up to seven days after the service, in the following situations:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>The driver did not show up at the agreed location and time;<\/li>\n<li>The service is cancelled due to a reason attributable to SHARPITOURS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No refund is due when:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>The customer is not at the location at the agreed time;<\/li>\n<li>Incorrect information is provided (location, contact details, baggage, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Last-minute changes are requested that are unfeasible;<\/li>\n<li>Significant changes are not communicated in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"center\">\n<hr align=\"center\" size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3>6. Changes to Reservations<\/h3>\n<p>Changes to reservations are subject to availability confirmation.<br \/>\nSHARPITOURS will do its best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee changes if they affect the planning of other services.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"center\">\n<hr align=\"center\" size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3>7. Execution of Services<\/h3>\n<p>SHARPITOURS is committed to adhering to agreed schedules and itineraries with professionalism and punctuality.<br \/>\nHowever, delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or external factors are not eligible for compensation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"center\">\n<hr align=\"center\" size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3>8. Customer Responsibility<\/h3>\n<p>The customer is responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Provide accurate information at the time of booking;<\/li>\n<li>Respect safety and conduct rules during service;<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to the agreed-upon schedule;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all passengers follow the driver's instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any additional costs resulting from non-compliance will be the responsibility of the client.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"center\">\n<hr align=\"center\" size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3>9.
